    13 dead in China bus accident

    At least 13 people were killed and nine injured after a bus fell off a cliff Saturday evening in southwest China's Sichuan province, authorities said.

    The bus carrying 22 people lost control and crashed the guardrail before falling off the 8.5-metre-high cliff in Xuanhan County, Xinhua reported.

    Eleven people died at the scene while two others succumbed to injuries at a hospital.
